About the event

The Engaged Jain Studies Graduate Student Colloquium celebrates the rich diversity of research, scholarship, and creative inquiry within our graduate student community. This inaugural event features Arihanta Institute and Claremont School of Theology’s graduate students’ research, focusing on topics related to three core areas of research: Compassion Studies, Yoga Studies, and Vegan Studies.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and interact with graduate student researchers from around the world who are undertaking research in the field of Engaged Jain Studies. They will also come to understand the broad range of research projects that one can undertake in Engaged Jain Studies, and will be inspired to reflect on how their own interests intersect with this groundbreaking academic field.

About Master of Arts in Engaged Jain Studies
